paint and a colorful painting on a tableI decided to take a picture of my study space, which I currently am doing art in because I didn’t have any materials to study this week besides doing painting studies.  I occupy this space intermittently throughout the day/night, even until the a.m. because I no longer have work or class to get up for! I think the overall mood of this space is chaotic and frantic. I have a plethora of materials crowing on my bedroom floor; I work on more than one project at once, and there is no order to the items in the space. Despite this, I manage to keep the new floor clean and paint free because, although the set up may seem chaotic, I still exhibit some control over what I am doing. I think this environment is very representative of myself and my study/work habits. I am a doer, and I (used to) have many different jobs or classes or activities I needed to devote my time to each day. Often times this causes me to multitask, or have more than one desktop window open at a time, so to speak. I think the organized chaos is how my mind tends to work; I tend to do things with energy and emotion. I have always been a very messy and disorganized person but I am very devoted to completing priorities and being dependable, which is an odd juxtaposition!
