Local educators are invited to join UNT associate professor James Thurman for a FREE professional development that draws inspiration from digital media to explore essential questions about visual symbols, pattern, and identity through metal stamping. This in-depth studio session will also include a brief presentation about related works in the Kimbell's permanent collection. Registered participants will receive a free program kit including metal stamping tools. Each participant will receive a 2-credit CPE certificate from the Onstead Institute (provider #061-501) for attending the workshop.
